These (“Sites”) are accessible to clients who have elected to purchase Mobility services from NuCompass Mobility and the relocating employees, assignees and suppliers of such clients. The Sites serve as a tool through which the client and employee can manage and facilitate certain portions of the relocation. In addition, the tool enables certain suppliers to access information through the Site to enable them to perform their services and provide information related to the delivery of service to assist NuCompass Mobility and the Clients to manage the employee’s relocation.

Nothing contained in these Sites shall be construed as conferring any right to any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary interest of NuCompass Mobility or any third party. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or through the Sites other than as specifically permitted by this Site.
